PPTX, PPT, ODP · multiple files

Share a presentation that anyone can open, without the fonts or animations going wrong. Slides are converted by LibreOffice on the conversion server, which renders layouts, images, shapes and fonts faithfully, one slide per page.

  1. Add .pptx, .ppt or .odp files.
  2. Press Convert – the file is sent securely to the conversion server.
  3. Download the PDF. The server copy is deleted immediately.

Good to know

  • Rendering slides accurately needs a full office engine, so this tool runs on the server rather than in your browser. We say this up front rather than offering a poor local imitation.
  • Animations and transitions do not exist in PDF; each slide is shown in its final state.
  • Files are processed in a temporary folder and removed as soon as the PDF is returned; nothing is kept.

Frequently asked questions

Why does this tool upload my file?

Browsers cannot render PowerPoint layouts accurately. LibreOffice on the server can, so the file is sent, converted and deleted.

Are speaker notes included?

No, the PDF contains the slides only.

What if the server is unavailable?

You will see a clear message. As an alternative, PowerPoint and Keynote can export to PDF directly.
