Summary
Most tools process files on your device and we never receive them. Tools that need our server are labelled, and those files are deleted right after processing. See How we handle files for tool-by-tool detail.
Information we collect
- Files: only for server tools (exact-layout Office conversion, PowerPoint, API), processed transiently and not retained.
- Account data: email, password hash, plan, credit balance and API key hashes, if you register.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive customer and subscription identifiers.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs for security and rate limiting.
- Cookies: a session cookie when signed in; advertising and analytics cookies only with consent where required.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Delete your account at any time from the account page, or email support@dpdfconverter.com.
Retention
Server-side files: deleted immediately after processing (leftovers swept within 15 minutes). Logs: up to 30 days. Account data: until you delete your account. Billing records: as required by tax law.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
