Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• First purchase: if PDF Converter Pro or Business does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded once the new period has started. Annual renewals can be refunded within 14 days if you have not used paid features since the renewal.
• Developer API: API plans are refundable within 14 days of the first payment if fewer than 100 calls were made.
• Technical problems: if a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected period.

How to ask

Email support@dpdfconverter.com from your account address with your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
